"I started my first session with Sue, not knowing what I wanted to improve, but I knew I was unhappy living with my daily triggers and old patterns which I could not seem to break through. After my first two sessions of the “Loving Me” program, I had experienced an immense change in my daily life and overal mood. I still had the triggers, but I now knew how to effectively park these negative thoughts and replace them with positive affirmations. I have now completed the program, and have found an incredible change in my day to day mindset as well as how I view my self worth. I could not recommend this program enough and would have loved to have met Sue years earlier. I feel freed from my daily unnecessary suffering from old patterns and triggers. "
